This notice is published by ZeroGen Pty Ltd ABN 25 118 696 932 (ZeroGen) of Milton, Queensland, 4064. This document sets out ZeroGen's policies on its management of personal information.
ZeroGen takes information privacy seriously.
ZeroGen may collect personal information by various means, including directly through transacting with individuals, and indirectly from third parties. The most common type of personal information collected is business contact information such as the phone numbers and email addresses of business contacts.
We use personal information in the course of conducting our business. In particular, business contact information is used for the purpose of contacting and communicating with individuals in the course of ZeroGen's business.
We store contact information in a contact system, and we may occasionally use that information to circulate newsletters or other publications to individuals identified on that system who may have an interest in receiving such publications. We will, however, act promptly on a request from an individual not to receive such publications.
ZeroGen does not sell, rent or trade in personal information. We will not disclose personal information outside the ZeroGen corporate group unless we have consent to do so (or the disclosure is otherwise authorised by law).
